Getting Started

STEP 1. Send your products to Amazon

Start selling on Amazon by listing your products and sending them to Amazon fulfillment centers in Japan.
*Amazon will not become an importer of your goods. You need an importer in Japan otherwise a non-residential importer which requires you to assign an Attorney for Customs Procedures (ACP). If you need an ACP, click here

STEP 2. Amazon stores, picks and packs your products

Amazon catalogs and stores your products in our ready-to-ship inventory carefully. As soon as customers purchase your products, Amazon promptly picks, packs and ships your products.


STEP 3. Amazon provides customer service and handles returns

For orders via FBA, customers can contact Amazon for Japanese customer service provided in both toll free call and emails. Amazon provides customer service 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
