How are calculate referral fees calculated when a customer buys multiple products?
Referral fees are calculated for each product category. If a customer buys multiple items, we will calculate the referral fees according to product categories listed above.
Is the fee promotion applied according to order date or shipment date?
The fee promotion is automatically applied to orders for which the shipment confirmation notice is sent between 0:00 a.m. on September 1, 2019 (Japan standard time) and 23:59 p.m. on February 28, 2021.
How can I check which categories my products are registered in? How can I change the category if it is incorrect?
You can check your product categories on Seller Central by clicking 'Manage Inventory' -> 'Sales Rank'. If the 'Sales Rank' column is not yet visible, you can add it from 'Manage Inventory' -> 'Preferences'. If you need to change the category, you can do so by clicking 'Manage Inventory' -> 'Edit' -> 'Vital Info' or 'More Details' -> 'Recommended Browse Nodes'. Where can I check that referral fee discounts have been correctly applied?
You can check the referral fee from 'Payments -> 'Transaction View'
